A Culture of Learning

The PGA of America is committed to providing education in a myriad of different subject matters to nearly 28,000 PGA Professionals and the PGA of America’s national staff. Leveraging the power of inclusion is vital, and ‘Education and Training’ has been the pivotal core of every PGA Professional’s career. The goal is to ensure that every person feels welcomed, both in the game of golf and in the business of golf. The sessions have been educational, enlightening, engaging and provided safe environments for relationship building, candid conversations, team dynamics and served as authentic examples for the business case.
